New Generation Developments (NGD) is a housing development company in South Wales, formed in 2017 by Directors, Neil Dodd and Grant Lloyd. Both grew up together in a small mining village in Ty Nant, Beddau.
As someone who worked on the design and build of Wales' first passive house, Neil is passionate that modern development companies should strongly focus on being eco-friendly and carbon neutral, a view to which fellow Director Grant Lloyd is equally committed.

Our building warranties are underwritten by build zone and that we adhere to the guiding principles provided by the Build - Zone code of conduct for house builders.
The Build-Zone Code of Conduct for home builders is a mandatory code which has been established to ensure that consumers are protected from undesirable trading practices during the new home buying process. It also ensures that best practice is followed by builders/developers (and their respective agents) who are registered with Build-Zone, for the marketing, sale and purchase of new homes. It sets expected standards for 'after sale' customer care and service, including the rectification of snagging items.

Neil has considerable experience in residential, commercial, education & healthcare sectors, with a strong background in both affordable and private developer housing.
Grant is a highly qualified Contracts Manager. He has had a varied experience in the construction industry since the completion of his HND in Construction Project Management. He has enjoyed working with clients from both public and private sectors and has worked for SME and international contractors. Grant deals with complex contracts and has a customer centred approach to all his work. He has managed large industrial and residential contracts. Grant also ensures that all NGD’s development sites reach the industry standard. His enthusiasm and willingness to share his technical knowledge, which has been built up through years of experience and education. He prioritizes the smooth running and completion of contracts within the permitted time scale and to budget along with customer satisfaction.
